Vendor needs to provide AI tech support services to the government authority located in MS. – Deliver practical, implementable guidance specifically adapted to agency's software assurance framework. • Industry and standards analysis:– Conduct an in–depth examination of state–of–the art Al V&V methodologies applicable to Al–enabled systems across varying autonomy levels. • Regulatory framework review:– Evaluate applicable government standards and frameworks, including those issued by the agency.• Private sector best practices assessment:– Research and analyze publicly available industry practices for implementing Al in safety–critical applications.• Agency mission requirements gathering:– Engage with agency project teams planning autonomous system deployment to capture specific operational requirements and existing workflows.• Tool evaluation and testing:– Select two open–source Al testing tools, apply these tools to the ASTRA framework (or comparable Al models), document capabilities, limitations, and identified gaps.• Findings and recommendations report:– Consolidate research findings into a comprehensive report featuring actionable recommendations customized for agency.• Proof–of–concept development: Develop a basic software prototype demonstrating key findings and ensuring compatibility with the ASTRA framework.
