The purpose of this RSQ is to select one (1) firm to provide professional construction management/general contractor services for the Ocean Center Restroom ADA and Energy Conservation Measure Project. The intent of the project is to bring the restrooms identified in this scope up to the same level of construction materials and finishes as the newer restrooms in the Ocean Center designed in 2008.
