(1) Vendor needs to provide LiDAR mapping drone services to the government authority located in Traverse, MI.– Professional–grade LiDAR Mapping Drone System capable of performing high–accuracy aerial surveying, topographic mapping, corridor mapping, infrastructure inspections, and asset management data collection.– The LiDAR system shall:• Be fully integrated with the aircraft platform.• Capture high–density point cloud data suitable for engineering–grade mapping.• Include an integrated IMU and GNSS positioning system.• Support direct georeferencing.• Be capable of producing classified point cloud datasets.• Support vegetation penetration sufficient for bare–earth terrain modelling.• Include calibration and processing tools.• Be capable of generating industry–standard LAS/LAZ files.– The system shall include:• Integrated RGB camera(s) for photogrammetry and visual inspection.• Minimum combined image resolution equivalent to 100 megapixels.• Geotagged image capture.• Simultaneous image and LiDAR data collection capability.– Software necessary for:• Mission planning.• Data collection.• LiDAR processing.• Point cloud generation.• Terrain modeling.• Ortho mosaic creation.
