ELECTRIC-0925 - USA (Florida) - Electric Distribution Poles Inspection Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electric distribution poles inspection services to the government authority located in Florida.• Review utility GIS, asset records.• Verify site access, traffic control needs, and safety requirements.• Confirm equipment identification numbers and GPS coordinates.• All poles less than ten years of age shall receive a visual inspection only.• Any third–party poles not owned by agency that are within the approved inspection scope shall receive a visual inspection only.• Poles identified in the database as transmission poles shall receive a visual–only inspection by ground–line crews.• The drone–based circuit patrol (CP+) is a safety and compliance inspection of overhead electrical lines and facilities using a combination of visual inspections from the ground and from the air with UAS–carried sensors.• A visual inspection of all poles shall be made from the ground to the top of the pole with the naked eye.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
