(1) Vendor needs to provide public works asset management system.• Agency seeks to implement a comprehensive, integrated public works asset management system.• The system will centralize asset data, support preventative and corrective maintenance tracking, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide data–driven decision support for budgeting and infrastructure investment planning.• Data migration planning, mapping, and execution for all existing asset records, maintenance histories, and inspection data.• Integration with county geographic information system environment and enterprise data layers.• Application programming interface availability to support future integration with other county systems.• Ability to consume real–time data feeds from sensor–equipped assets where relevant.• System should also allow for the scanning of the training rosters into the system and the ability to run reports for upcoming trainings, past due trainings etc.• The system must provide a fully integrated mapping environment, not a loosely coupled third–party add–on, that allows users to interact with asset data in both tabular and spatial formats simultaneously.• The system must include a full–featured work order management module that supports the creation, assignment, execution, and closure of both reactive and planned maintenance activities.• Mobile application compatible with iOS and Android operating systems.• Automatic synchronization of data when connectivity is restored.• GPS–enabled asset location capture and mapping from the field.• Provide tools that support multi–year capital improvement planning based on actual asset condition, age, deterioration modeling, and budget constraints.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
