Pavement Condition and Evaluation Related Services

The Town of Fountain Hills (the “Town”) is issuing this Request For Proposals (this “RFP”) seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified, licensed firms (“Vendors”) interested in providing professional services consisting of Pavement Condition and Evaluation Related Services (the “Services”), as more particularly described in the Scope of Work . In accordance with the Town’s Procurement Code, the Town will accept sealed Proposals for the Services specified in the Scope of Work . The Town of Fountain Hills is issuing this Request for Proposals on behalf of itself and other public agencies. Offerors are hereby advised that these, and other public agencies, may enter into a contract with the firm selected to provide the engineering services based on the fee schedule set forth in the Agreement.
