(1) Vendor needs to provide physical fitness assessment data collection and reporting solution.– This application will be used to collect, store, and report physical fitness assessment data for students in grades 3 through 12.1. Capacity: supports up to 2,000,000 students, 9,000 individual campuses, and 1,200+ school systems;2. Platform: hosted in a web–based portal that is operable on standard internet browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge), including current and one prior version– The vendor must also include details that show the mobile app remains current with the latest version of operating systems such as iOS and Android. The vendor must also indicate if the mobile app collects sensor data such as GPS, camera, and heart rate.– Online Registration: An easy–to–use online registration system that:a. Verifies and accepts the statewide, six–digit district number assigned to the school system;– The SaaS application must also enable Texas public school systems to collect and submit physical fitness assessment data using smartphones, tablets, or laptops during assessments(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
