Ben Franklin Transit, (hereinafter referred to as BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352, is soliciting electronic or hard copy proposals from qualified firms to provide for PCI Compliance Services & Ongoing Support Services. BFT is a municipal corporation formed under authority of Chapter 36.57A of the Revised Code of Washington. Founded in 1981, Ben Franklin Public Transportation Benefit Area is a nationally recognized leader in the public transportation industry. BFT covers 292 square miles of Benton and Franklin Counties with roughly seventy percent (70%) of the county’s population. BFT provides four (4) types of service, Fixed Route, Dial-A-Ride, CONNECT, and Vanpools that help get passengers to jobs, schools and appointments.
