DISPOS-9454 - USA (Texas) - Disposal Services for Surplus Technology Equipment - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disposal services for surplus technology equipment to the government authority located in Texas.– Provide the pickup, transportation, data destruction, recycling, resale, and environmentally responsible disposal of surplus technology equipment on an as–needed basis.– Capable of providing secure, compliant, and efficient disposal services for technology equipment that has reached the end of its useful life or is otherwise deemed surplus by the District.– Pickup and transportation of surplus technology equipment from various District locations.– Inventory verification and asset tracking, including serial number documentation when requested.– Secure handling and chain of custody for all equipment from pickup through final disposition.– On–site or off–site media destruction, when requested by the District.– Certified data destruction for hard drives, solid–state drives (SSDs), and other electronic storage media in accordance with recognized industry standards.– The District's surplus technology equipment may include, but is not limited to:– Desktop computers– Laptop computers– Tablets and mobile devices– Computer monitors– Servers– Network switches, routers, and wireless equipment– Printers, scanners, and multifunction devices– External storage devices– Computer peripherals and accessories– Audio/visual equipment– Interactive displays– Miscellaneous electronic equipment(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 05, 2026.
