LCCC requests that bidders remove and dispose of the systems currently in use at LCCC, and as shown in the bid document, Attachment B. LCCC prefers equipment delivery and complete installation as soon as possible, ideally by August 24, 2026. Proposed delivery and installation timelines will be considered as part of the bid evaluation. Bid response must be submitted by August 10, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. (MT) via Public Purchase Online Bidding System. Proposals received after this time will NOT be considered or accepted. **All RFP responses must include a completed and signed "Bid Submittal Document" included in the RFP document attached, or they will not be considered.**
