(1) Vendor needs to provide branded merchandise management services.– Provide branded merchandise management services in support of the office of marketing.– Services include the end–to–end management of branded merchandise programs, including product sourcing, e–commerce site management, fulfilment, and on–site retail operations during commencement events.– Provides a cohesive, end–to–end approach across both programs to ensure consistent user experience, operational efficiency, and overall program value.– Branded merchandise faculty and staff ordering fulfill approved branded apparel and promotional product orders for agency faculty and staff.– Gear site and grad walk pop–up operations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
