Provision of Pest Management Services for the City of New Carrollton, Maryland

The City of New Carrollton is seeking qualified pest management services to provide comprehensive, safe, and effective pest control for its three primary municipal buildings and one trailer. The objective of this service is to maintain clean, healthy, and pest-free environments for City employees, residents, and visitors. Services will include routine inspection, monitoring, prevention, and treatment of common structural pests such as rodents, ants, cockroaches, termites, and other nuisance pests. The selected contractor will be responsible for implementing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach that emphasizes prevention, minimal pesticide use, environmentally responsible practices, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
