TRANSPORT-11429 - USA (Laredo, Texas) - Transportation Planning Study Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation planning study services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.– The completed study will identify multimodal improvements to help relieve congestion, promote safety, address transportation system needs and deficiencies while enhancing connectivity of the transportation network.– The study will include a robust community and stakeholder engagement process, needs assessment, recommended roadway network and multimodal improvements, and an implementation strategy.– The Consultant shall develop a project management plan (PMP) to outline the project team organization, roles and responsibilities, project schedule, project understanding, coordination and communication procedures, document close out.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
