For the purpose of the Bidder/Subcontractor List this project includes rebar installation and electrical work. Engineer's Estimate: $2,300,000 to $2,500,000 Project Location: South Dearborn Street between Seattle Boulevard and West of I-5 , South King Street between 10th Avenue South and 12th Avenue South, and 12th Ave South between South Weller Street and South Main Street.
