El Camino Real Grand Boulevard III OBAG Project

General work description: The work consists of traffic control; excavation; removals; hot mix asphalt paving; slurry seal; concrete curb, gutter, and paving; pervious concrete paving; signing and striping; utility adjustments; storm drainage modifications; bioretention planting and irrigation; and lighting modifications, located El Camino Real between Arroyo Drive and Kaiser Way in South San Francisco, CA. A detailed scope of work is included in the bid documents. The Contractor shall be responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the EL CAMINO REAL GRAND BOULEVARD III OBAG PROJECT, PROJECT NO. ST 1807, BID NO. 2658. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board. The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid is $2.97M.
