General work description: The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking applications from qualified organizations to provide HIV Comprehensive Care and Support Services to persons living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). The primary goals of this program are to: Reduce new HIV infections; Increase access to care and optimize health outcomes for people living with HIV; and Reduce HIV-related health disparities. All services proposed should speak to how these goals will be measured and achieved.
