(1) Vendor needs to provide annual car show promotion and management service.• Professional promotion and management services for the privately–organized Car Show event to be held annually on the weekend immediately following Memorial Day in the city of Pismo Beach to ensure a safe, intergenerational, family–oriented car show.• Description of planned approach to the event, including:o Means of event promotion and advertisemento Types of vehicles to be exhibited and other thematic elements of the evento Likely sponsorships, vendors, and other promotional partnershipso Management of vendors and subcontractorso Management of exhibitors both during and outside the evento Ensuring adequate staffing for the evento Ensuring adequate communication with the City during the evento Ensuring public safety, including but not limited to implementation of traffic control measures, crowd management and pedestrian safety, alcohol use management, and cooperation with Police and Fire Departments(2) The contract period will be for one year.
