(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare facility engineering assessments service to the government authority located in Athens, GA.  – The ability of participating facilities to safely shelter in place during emergencies by assessing critical building systems, infrastructure, and operational resiliency.– Conduct in–person assessments at assigned healthcare facilities hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient hospice.– Document existing conditions and identify vulnerabilities that may affect a facility's ability to shelter in place during emergency events.– Develop recommendations for mitigation measures, preventative maintenance activities, or other actions that may improve facility resiliency.– Prepare and submit a standardized assessment report for each assigned facility using agency provided reporting templates and tools.
