Includes full depth replacement of pavement, new trees, traffic signal reconfiguration, signing and striping, and drainage improvements. For the purpose of the Bidder Subcontractor List, this project includes electrical work and rebar installation. Engineer's Estimate: $2,700,000 to $3,000,000 Project Location: Third Avenue S between Yesler Way and S Main St
