The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the E. Main St./Williamsburg Ave. Intersection Improvements project to provide general contracting services that include but are not limited to: Installation of a signalization and roadway lighting Installation of new concrete curb, sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian signals Installation of new ADA-accessible curb ramps Installation of traffic signs, markings, and crosswalks Excavation and removal of existing concrete, earth, pavement, and other items Construction of asphalt pavement Installation of a 14’ wide median Installation of storm water drainage Erosion and sediment control, including topsoil and permanent seeding Maintenance of traffic Mobilization Any other miscellaneous work as directed by the engineer
