Escambia County is seeking proposals for a vendor to provide approximately 15 to 20 2 x 3 Single Person Containment Portable Cells, annually. For FY25, the purchase request could reach 30 units; however, subsequent years are not anticipated to exceed 15 to 20 units. The purpose of this request for proposals is to enhance the safety, security, and efficiency of the detention process within various facilities such as the courthouse, hearing rooms and juvenile halls.
