(1) Vendor needs to provide newsletter design services.– Provide design services for the agency township quarterly publication.– Each issue will be either 32 or 36 pages. text and photos will be provided by the township. design services must follow our brand and style guidelines, with elements that include the following:– Cover page design with date/issue text and space for teaser headlines or content highlights.– Inside front cover design that includes Community Corner (letter from elected officials) and a masthead area with mission or vision, strategic priorities, elected officials, and basic contact information.– Typography hierarchy (headings, subheadings, body, captions).– Story layouts for different variations/sizes, such as one–page, half–page, and quarter–page.– Photo layout options with captions.– Examples of graphic dividers or section separators.– Examples of pull quotes, callout boxes, and breakout graphics.– Sidebar design (quick–read content such as facts, tips, or event info).– Class or program or event content based off a microsoft word document (each contains a title, description, and columns of day, time, dates, and code for registration).– Provide draft files in low–res, editable PDF for township teams to give feedback.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
