Description
The City of Palo Alto is seeking proposals for design services for renovations to the animal shelter located at 3281 E. Bayshore Road. The selected firm will provide design services to develop constructions plans for renovating the animal shelter, cost estimate of improvements, and construction administration services. The use of modular buildings can be considered for additional square footage to address the project priorities. The City, in partnership with Pets In Need (PIN), identified the cat wing, dog kennels, and medical suite as key areas for improvement in order to better support the animal services PIN provides to the community. The improvements are prioritized by importance as listed.
