(1) Vendor needs to provide online assessment warehouse and delivery system.      – Provide a comprehensive suite of accessibility and accommodation tools to administer assessments equitably to students with disabilities, multilingual learners, and other students requiring individualized supports.– Supports multiple assessment formats, including selected response, constructed response, rubric–based scoring, performance tasks, and other assessment types aligned with the rigor and design of state assessments.– Provide a robust, central platform that can effectively deliver, score, and inform formative assessments and performance tasks, which the currently lacks.– Provide built–in accessibility features and testing accommodations that enable students with diverse physical, cognitive, sensory, and language needs to fully access assessments while maintaining the validity of assessment results.– Support multiple methods of scoring, including teacher scoring, rubric–based scoring, and, where applicable, automated scoring.– Support for system setup, ongoing training, and technical assistance as required.– Instructional management system (IMS), homeroom by school data solutions– Document management system (DMS) for students with disabilities, EdPlan, among others.– Single–Sign–On (SSO) portal, Classlink.– Integrate seamlessly with current systems.– Learning management system (LMS), Schoology by Pearson.   (2) All the questions had been submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
