An appropriate and qualified, professional Consultant is sought to develop, validate, administer and score promotional exam processes for Fire Investigation & Inspection Ranks within the New Haven Department of Fire Service, New Haven, Connecticut (NHFD). Said selection process should incorporate best practices currently used in the field of pre-employment testing that are determined appropriate for use in the Department of Fire Service. Bidders are further noticed that all proposals must: recommend processes that meet all legal requirements, recommend processes that meet all relevant Federal EEOC guidelines, recommend processes that are cost effective.
