Description
The City of Vista is soliciting proposals for the operation of alcoholic beverage services at the Wave Waterpark. The Wave Waterpark has been in operation since 1994. The summer season occurs May through September and generally consists of 100 days of operation. During the operating season, the water park is typically open Saturday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The proposed beverage service space is located between the Wave Shack and the Spray Park. The location can fit a 10 x 10 pop up tent, tables, and space for serving beverages. All necessary equipment and any additional costs would be the sole responsibility of the beverage vendor. The recommended beverage serving time is from park opening to 30 minutes prior to park closing and availability for full park rentals. There will be a two-drink maximum for any guest over 21 years old.
