Horticultural Debris Hauling and Disposal-FY 2025-2026

Pelican Bay Services is currently looking for quotes: Please provide price per cubic yard for loading, hauling and disposal of horticultural debris located at 6200 Watergate Way, Naples FL. Contractor shall provide equipment and labor necessary to load and haul horticultural debris to a legal off-site disposal at the contractor's expense. The Contractor shall be responsible for keeping the Senior Field Supervisor advised regarding the proposed schedule for performing the work. The purchase order term, if an award is made is intended to be for one year: October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026. Quantities: Total annual amount removed not to exceed 2500 cubic yards. Disposal: The County reserves the right to request proof of proper disposal by examining disposal tickets from a legal offsite disposal site, or inspect the awarded contractor’s private disposal; site.
