Roadway Construction Materials, Debris Disposal, and Hauling Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit bids from interested Bidders for: Scope 1: Roadway Construction Materials, Asphalt Materials and Debris Disposal (e.g. mineral aggregate, asphalt materials, disposal of construction materials) Scope 2: Cementitious Materials (e.g. roadway concrete ready mix, non-roadway ready mix, CDF, and hauling service) Scope 3: General and Roadway Debris Hauling & Related Services (e.g. rubble hauling services to and from city facilities to disposal facilities) The City intends to award a pool of eligible, qualified, and competitive contracts for these products and services. The City may place orders with any of the resultant contract vendors, selecting the vendor the City wishes to use in any manner that the City department placing the order chooses.
