Description
The County of Volusia, Department of Community Services, Community Assistance is seeking a single, responsive and responsible Bidder for each of the six (6) groups of rehabilitation of residential houses located in the County. You are NOT required to bid ALL groups; you may bid one or more, in any combination of your choosing. To bid a group, ALL projects within said group MUST be bid on. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder for each group of residential houses shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
