The County of Volusia, Department of Community Services, Community Assistance is seeking a single, responsive and responsible Bidder for demolition and re-construction of each of the four (4) residential houses located in the County. You are NOT required to bid ALL locations; you may bid one or more, in any combination of your choosing. The lowest responsive and responsible Bidder for each residential house location shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
