(1) Vendor needs to provide valve exercise and maintenance program service to the government authority located in Wilmington, NC.• Evaluate and improve the operability of water valves in the distribution system throughhands on field activities and to document and integrate the collected information onvalves into agency GIS system• Provide a web–based project management dashboard allowing agency to monitor thecurrent state–of–the–art program, including statistical metrics on the assessment resultsof the assets, live throughout the project• This program will include the following activities: locate, identify, assess, inspect,exercise, perform minor repairs, record mapping grade GPS data, create a deliverable databasethat can be integrated into agency GIS (ESRI).• Valve Exercising: List the make, model, year, and operating system version forproposed hydraulic valve turning equipment• Operating Nut Repair/Replace Equipment: List the equipment for repairing damagedor replacing missing valve operating nuts• Industrial Vacuum: List the make, model, and year of your industrial strengthvacuum with a minimum capacity of 300 CFM• Hardware and Software: The Contractor is expected to consistently collect coordinateddata with an expected horizontal accuracy of less than 1 foot – mapping grade.Contractors must plainly identify the proposed mapping grade or better GPS surveyinstruments they intend to use, including manufacturer, model and year – for collectingcoordinate and observational data for this program. Identify software systems for datacollection, post processing, filtering, and editing positional data – including version(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026
