Description
This project will install a retaining wall out to the edge of DOT ROW and guardrail along the Douglas Highway Route ID: 4441104X000 from mile point 1.75 - 1.87 off of the east side of the road. This project will also do a traffic study at the intersection in inclement weather to examine if
there are other factors contributing to the roadway departures than are currently unknown.
