Schedule a One-on-One Meeting with the Purchasing Division

This solicitation is designed to initiate a one-on-one meeting between vendors and City staff. By responding to this solicitation vendors will be scheduled to meet with staff to discuss their company's products or services, have questions answered, and discuss the City's procurement process. In an effort to maximize the City's ability to conduct effective outreach, City staff encourages and facilitates one-on-one meetings with vendors to increase the effectiveness of it's outreach and guidance to vendors to better prepare to compete on future bids and RFPs.
