(1) Vendor needs to provide athletics special event promotion and activation services. – Identify, pursue, and facilitate special events including neutral–site, out–of–conference and exhibition games or events and other non–competition special event promotion and develop and facilitate promotional and activation opportunities including approved student–athlete promotional activations subject to approvals and applicable requirements.– Special event identification and opportunity development– Student–athlete deal facilitation– Activation and promotion packaging including student–athlete promotional activations, for approved events.– Event–related promotional and activation opportunities intended to enhance event– Value e.g., advertising concepts, promotional events, content–creative concepts,Venue, promoter marketing commitments.– Student–athlete promotional activations suitable for the overall activation concept e.g., appearances, content creation, social promotion, fan engagement activations.– Proactive identification of potential special events, neutral–site, out–of–conference and exhibition games, or other non–competitive opportunities and engagement withpromoters, venues, and opponents and other counterparties to develop preliminary terms.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
