Vendor needs to provide violence prevention community awards services.1. Youth engagement and prevention programming – Mentor youth through structured programming, life–skills development, and positive recreational activities designed to reduce risk factors associated with violence involvement.2. Violence interruption and hotspot outreach – Street outreach workers able to engage individuals in high–risk areas to mediate conflicts, interrupt potential violence, and connect residents to employment, behavioral health, and social services.3. Mentoring, court advocacy and prevention education – Support justice–involved youth through mentorship, court navigation support, family engagement, and violence prevention education workshops.
