(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal website hosting and maintenance service and must be compatible with social media.     – To provide web hosting & maintenance services for agency Local Municipality.• Host and maintain an interactive and engaging website with modern navigation with an intuitive and easy–to–use interface. • Provide a responsive and accessible website. • Provide technical/help desktop support with guaranteed responses for any requests or enquiries (maximum turnaround time 24hrs) • Technical issues such as bug fixes and security incidents resolved within 24hrs • Maintain a flexible website – built upon proven and accepted website development standards while maintaining flexibility to easily grow and add new functionalities over time and at minimal cost. • Ensure minimal downtime during the migration through proper planning • Provide technical support with guaranteed efficient response. • Upload documents within 24 hours (Mon to Fri) with cognizance being taken that some uploads may require urgent action on urgent requests endorsed by the Municipal Manager. • Uploading of agency Local Municipality events – Secure hosting and maintenance of agency Local Municipality website – Monthly website google analytics report to be sent to agency Local Municipality– Back–up Services– Graphic Design Services– Content Management– Web design– Account Manager / liaison officer and user support– Assist with migration and testing of website prior to launching(2) The contract period will be three years.
