(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape architecture services to the government authority located in Issaquah, WA.– Landscape Architecture Studies• Develop site feasibility studies• Provide conceptual planning for short and long–range planning efforts• Develop open space planning for preservation, restoration, and mitigation sites• Develop critical area and resource management planning strategies for individual andsystem wide projects• Develop SWOT (Opportunities and Constraints) assessments and mapping– Public Outreach• Preparation and attendance at City department(s), City Council, Board, and communitypresentations• Provide support for focus groups and shareholder meetings & workshops• Preparation of materials for on–line workshops and surveys• Preparation of presentation materials for public meetings, Council & Board presentations,social media outreach, surveys & mapping• Development of renderings and 3–D visualizations– Design• Design and develop comprehensive park plans, facility planning, and open space planningdocuments• Develop and prepare playground site design– Emphasis on universal design & accessibility• Prepare construction documents at schematic, design development, and constructionphases for permitting and construction. Emphasis on constructability, future maintenancecapabilities, and budget.• Ability to integrate green infrastructure and LID concepts into planning design• Design and development of multi–use athletic fields, sport courts, field lighting, andpathways for smaller sports complexes. Emphasis on multi–functional spaces.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026
