(1) Vendor needs to provide multilingual video production services.• Provide multilingual video production services with audio interpretation and caption translation from English to various other languages from prerecorded video content.• Also interested in live captioning services in English and other languages for press conferences and similar public information• Provide multilingual video production services for as many languages in the following table as possible• Maintain an up–to–date list of languages that are available for multilingual video production services.• Use professional interpreters and translators for the video production services that are qualified through a documented process of credentialing performed by the Contractor.• Provide the final video file in an agreed–upon video format with the interpretation and/ translation synchronized to the source material and embedded within. • Ensure that the interpretation and translation is culturally appropriate and convey the intended message of the source material.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
