Facilities, Vehicles, and Equipment Master Plan

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to prepare, develop, and deliver a city-wide inventory and master plan with sufficient detail to be used to develop and inform the City’s Capital Improvement Program (“CIP”). The Facilities, Vehicles, & Equipment Master Plan (“FVEMP”) will provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations regarding City facilities, vehicles, equipment, and service priorities over the next twenty (20) years, integrating with the City’s inventory systems and/or recommending a new system be implemented. The FVEMP will inform the planning and project selection process, laying out a scheduled maintenance and replacement plan for city-owned facilities, assets, vehicles, and equipment. This plan will support the City’s mission, vision, core strategies, and goals. More details on the City's needs for this work are provided in the Scope of Work . Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor."
