Valley Sanitary District Water Reclamation Facility Master Plan

Valley Sanitary District ("VSD") has prepared this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms (“Proposers”) to provide professional services for developing a comprehensive Wastewater Reclamation Facility Master Plan with the year 2040 as the planning horizon (the “Project”), RFP No. 'Project ID . This master plan will update and replace the existing master plan from 2015 and the master plan update from 2018. The key objectives of the master plan include: (1) Preparation of a comprehensive Master Plan and supporting documentation (2) Development of a phased capital improvement program (3) Analysis of forecasted connection fees and recommendations on required rate increases.
