Description
Alexander County Government has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) from Proposers interested in contracting with the County to provide Type of Service(s) to Solicit services as specified in this RFP. Alexander County Department of Social Services [hereinafter AGENCY] seeks to obtain legal services through a licensed legal firm who will provide legal representation and attorney related services on behalf of the AGENCY in a courtroom setting on matters under the purview of the AGENCY and/or through legal staffing meetings with AGENCY staff in the absence of the employed AGENCY attorney. Services are requested to be rendered on a fixed-price, hourly rate basis.
