Project Description: This project consists of the following elements of work: Demolition of five existing structures : 18,690 SF warehouse, 2,400 SF garage, 2,200 SF shed, crane and crane tower, and a metal framed wheelhouse on an existing boat dock; retirement of existing utilities, removal, handling, and disposal of regulated building materials including: asbestos, lead-containing paint (LCP), Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBS), Mercury-Containing Light Tubes, and Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs); construction stormwater and erosion control; contaminated soil removal, handling, and disposal, and vegetation and tree protection Engineer's Estimate: $2,800,000 (without sales tax) Project Location: This project is located in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle, east of 8 th Ave S, west of the Duwamish Waterway, north of S Kenyon, and south of S Portland St.
