Gil Waters Preserve Park - Restroom Facility

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor for the demolition of the old restroom structure and to provide a new site build restroom structure. A MANDATORY On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 9:00 AM on 6/21/2023 at Gil Waters Preserve Park at 1349 Jackson Moody Place, Tallahassee, FL Submittal of a properly completed Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment N) is required to receive access to the password protected plans (Attachments E - J). Non-Disclosure Agreements can be submitted via e-mail to HillG@leoncountyfl.gov or mailed/hand delivered to the Leon County Purchasing Division located at 1800-3 N. Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308 MWSBE Participation Plan and/or Good Faith Effort documentation (Attachment C): Failure to Submit all Properly Completed MWSBE Section Forms will result in the bid being Deemed Nonresponsive.
