Vendor needs to provide event equipment rental services including canopies with optional weighted anchors, chairs, tables, and tablecloth to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Canopies shall be a minimum of 10 ft width x 10 ft length to a maximum of 10 ft width x 20 ft length with three sidewalls and optional weighted anchors, Anchors shall be approved for use with the supplied canopies. An estimate of up to thirty–five (35) canopies is needed– Tables shall be rectangular, resin, plastic, or wood tables at a minimum of six ft in length. An estimate of up to thirty–five (35) tables is needed.– Chairs shall be folding chairs made of metal, plastic, or resin. An estimate of up to seventy (70) chairs is needed.
