EQU-18789 - USA (Indianapolis, Indiana) - Baggage Handling System Management Service - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide baggage handling system management service to the government authority located in Indianapolis, IN. – Services include, personnel, the installation, configuration, operation, part management, maintenance of all equipment and hardware/software needed for baggage handling system. – Support the system 22 hours per day, seven days a week.– Measure monthly and report quarterly.– Provide a detailed mobilization plan for site startup.– Provide a plan to bring value to the IAA through maximizing assets and suggesting alternatives, managing the “’End of Life” assets and recommending replacement of those assets with pay back cost analysis, and providing overall coverage of the agency.– Provide a detailed plan for both operations and maintenance.– Perform upper and lower (PLC) level controls support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 28, 2026.
