DISPOS-9404 - USA (Hawaii) - Monitoring Services for Hauling Debris - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide monitoring services for hauling debris to the government authority located in Hawaii. – The Contractor’s Project Manager (or designated representative) for debris monitoring responsibilities will report directly to the designated County representative responsible for managing the monitoring services.• Coordinate and monitor all debris removal activities.• Initiate and document load tracking at the point of pick–up.• Develop a truck measuring system and establish procedures to routinely verify Hauler’s truck volumes.• The Contractor shall use a geographic information system/global positioning system (“GIS/GPS”) to track the locations of debris monitoring staff.– The Contractor shall submit to the County all reports, documents, and maps necessary to document the disaster emergency response, management, and recovery services in accordance with State requirements.– The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to assist the County with the monitoring, documenting, and reporting requirements of the disaster debris clearing and hauling services that will be performed by subcontractors retained under the Hauler.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
