Aerial Orthoimagery and Oblique Imagery Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids form qualified vendors to provide high-resolution digital orthophotography, oblique imagery, and associated subscription-based services to support the City's Geographic Information System(GIS), public safety operations, infrastructure management, and general government functions.
