Description

The Pinellas County Public Works department, Mosquito Control and Vegetation Management Section (Stormwater and Vegetation Division) seeks to secure an ongoing contract with a qualified aerial Contractor for aerial larvicide application in Pinellas County to be utilized during in-house aircraft or pilot grounding events. The awarded Contractor will be required to perform aerial larvicide application services on an as-needed, non-emergency basis. Services are to include, but not limited to: furnishing the aircraft, aerial application equipment, qualified pilot and personnel, fuel, and any other incidental items required to perform the services as required. Services will only be required when the Pinellas County aircraft or pilot are grounded for an impactful period of time, such as large aircraft maintenance events.
