(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ.– Provide geotechnical services including drilling, permeability testing, and soil profile analyses for various properties.– Soil testing plan.– Operates and maintains approximately 7,500 units of public housing for low–income tenants consisting of high– rise family and elderly complexes as well as low rise and townhouse projects.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
