Aid and Assist Supported Housing

Supported Housing resources are being sought for individuals experiencing mental disorders. Most will be transitioning from jail and otherwise houseless. Supported housing program - providing both housing and integrated services, with the capacity to serve 10 people, all having private rooms. Supported housing is a combination of housing and services intended as a cost-effective way to help people live more stable, productive lives. Services include home management, conflict resolution, and daily structure and support. Available funding is to be used primarily for operations, with up to $150,000 for rehabilitation of structures to ensure health and safety and/or increase the number of units.
